MEDICAL RECORDS - DATA SHARING

The data held in your medical records is shared with other healthcare professionals for the purpose of your care. It is also shared with other organisations to support health care planning and research. If you do not want your personally identifiable patient data to be shared outside of the practice for purposes except your own care, you can opt out by either clicking on the link below or by picking up a form in reception. Please avoid calling the surgery to discuss this.

Care Quality Commission Report for the Greenwood Practice 2019

The Care Quality Commission (CQC) are the independent regulator of health and adult social care in England.

The CQC make sure health and social care services provide people with safe, effective, compassionate, high-quality care and encourage them to improve.

They monitor, inspect and regulate services to make sure they meet fundamental standards of quality and safety and publish what is found, including performance ratings to help people choose care.
